This studio can be utilized for distance learning class origination, or live recording for cable or satellite broadcasts. The room is 30' X 30' X 12' and has a lighting grid with a full complement of lighting instruments. The room has 2 Hitachi HV- D-25 remote control cameras, Macintosh and PC computers with NTSC scan conversion, and a Canon RE-650 Document Camera. This studio is connected to the Distance Learning Master Control room, which has; a Sony DFS-700 Digital Multi Effects Production Switcher, a Tac Bullet 10 channel audio console, a Pinnacle Deko 500 Character Generator, and a telephone hybrid. We can master to BetaSP, DVCPRO, S-VHS, Hi-8 or 3/4"Sp video formats. We also have 10 JVC S-VHS videotape recorders for recording and duplication.
