Adobe Presenter (Breeze) Basic Training Workshop

A DLVPC-sponsored workshop that is optional for CCDE Online Instructors, though mandatory for all UMB faculty adopting the use of Adobe Presenter (Breeze). This workshop is open to all UMB faculty, including those teaching face-to-face and web-enhanced courses.

 

This workshop is for faculty members who have used PowerPoint effectively whether online or in face-to-face courses. Installing Adobe Presenter on your PC adds an Adobe Presenter menu inside PowerPoint. This allows you to convert your existing presentations to a web-based format easily accessible to your students from within the Blackboard Vista browser without the need for additional software. You will learn the basic functions of Presenter including adding and editing audio. You will also learn how to post links to these presentations in your Blackboard Vista course sections. In preparation for this workshop, Faculty members should apply online for a UMB faculty Adobe Presenter account two weeks prior to attending this workshop. An online application for a and Adobe Presenter account is available via this Presenter Application link.
